Petitioner was employed as driver in State Infrastructure and Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand (SIIDCUL). He was dismissed from service, vide order dated 12.10.2023. 5. According to the petitioner, he has filed an appeal against dismissal order, which was submitted before the Chairman, SIIDCUL, on 11.06.2024, but the same has not been decided so far. 6. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Appellate Authority to take decision on the pending appeal. 7. Mr. Maneesh Bisht, learned counsel, holding brief of Mr. Vipul Sharma, learned counsel for the SIIDCUL assures that pending appeal would be decided, positively within eight weeks. 8. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Chairman, SIIDCUL to consider and decide petitioner’s appeal, as per law, within eight weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, before him.
