In this writ petition, Sri Kaleemullah Shariff, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Narendra Kumar G.T., submitted that the respondents are to be directed to consider the application at Annexure-B and C as the petitioner is in unauthorized occupation of the land in question and has made an application seeking regularization of the same. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010519772026 NC: 2026:KHC:40620 WP No. 23442 of 2026 4. Per contra, learned HCGP submitted that there is discrepancy in the seal as well as the date mentioned at Annexure-B and C and that apart there is no date in the seal affixed therein and therefore, sought for dismissal of the writ petition. 5. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the dates mentioned in Annexure-B and C are concerned, since there is discrepancy in the dates mentioned in these documents and further, as rightly submitted by the learned HCGP, there is no date in the seal affixed on the documents at Annexure-B and C. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that the claim made by the petitioner cannot be considered. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
