The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had lodged a complaint on 15.09.2024 against the proposed accused persons who have borrowed a total amount of Rs.4,00,000/- on various dates in installments and he had failed to return the same as promised in the month of June 2025, except returning Rs.1,00,000/-. In this regard, the petitioner had made a detailed representation on 13.05.2026. The same is not considered. Hence this petition. 3.
