The petitioner seeks auto rickshaw permit. The petitioner had submitted an application on 25.02.2026 in Form CCPA for the said purpose with the respondent. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Ms.A.Bakkiya Lakshmi, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner’s application dated 25.02.2026, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s application. 6.
