This MCC has been filed by the applicants seeking an extension of time to comply with the order dated 25.03.2026 passed by this Court in WPC No. 1322/2026 (Shyamlal v. South Eastern Coalfields Limited & Others). 2. This Court, vide order dated 25.03.2026, reached the following conclusion: "Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, without entering into merit of the case, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing the respondents No. 1 and 2 to decide the application (Annexure P-5) dated 25-7-2025 coupled with earlier application (Annexure P-2) as early as possible preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order." 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that to decide the concerned application of the petitioner therein, the applicants requested various information from their Head Office. However, the information has not been received yet and may take some time, therefore, the application could not be decided within the stipulated time-frame. Hence, further time of 90 days may be granted to comply with the order in the interest of justice. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents states no objection to the above limited prayer. 5. On due consideration, the prayer of the applicants is allowed. 6. Accordingly, further time of 90 days from today is granted to comply with the order dated 25.03.2026 passed by this Court in WPC No. 1322/2026. 7. Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed.
