Learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. Kapil Prakash Mathur, AAG, submits that the selection process involved in the present case is of the year 2013 and has been concluded long back.

Learned counsel submits that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at the Principal Seat, Jodhpur in the case of Hari Om Meena & Anr. vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. in D.B. Special Appeal Writ bearing No. 251/2025 along with other connected appeals decided the case vide order dated 16.05.2025.

Learned counsel further submits that considering the same, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court also decided the writ petition
[2026:RJ-JP:18014] (2 of 2) [CW-8754/2025] involving identical controversy by order dated 04.09.2025 in the case of Ramesh Singh Saini & Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 18145/2024 and other connected writ petitions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the fact that the issue involved in the present matter has been decided by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court in Hari Om Meena (supra) and Ramesh Singh Saini (supra).
5. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition as the selection process has been concluded long back and no case is made out of the present writ petition.
6. In view of the above, the above writ petition is dismissed.
7. All pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
