It appears that partial demolition had taken place in respect of the unauthorised portion of the first floor and the ground floor slab, but the load-bearing walls could not be demolished as the structural stability of the building was in question. Also, the neighbouring structures would be affected. 3. It appears that, further demolition as per the report, would be a safety hazard. Under such circumstances, we keep the report on record. 4. None appears for the appellant on call. No accommodation is prayed for. 5. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected applications are dismissed for default. 6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
