Learned counsel submits that a computer generated show cause notice dated ‘nil’ has been served upon the petitioner through text message on his mobile phone giving no reasons therein, however, a show cause notice had earlier been served upon him on 28.01.2026, Annexure P-7 with regard to the certificates or qualification being bogus and invalid, which was duly reply to, by him vide Annexure P-10 rebutting the same and placing on record the verification report dated 03.04.2025 issued by the Principal of NIIT, however, no decision with regard to the same has been taken and he is being harassed unnecessarily by not even being paid salary w.e.f. 10.11.2025 till date. 2. Learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the aforesaid show cause notice, Annexure P-7 shall be decided in three weeks and in case there is no impediment, his salary shall also be released within the same period. 3.
