Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 22.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.3- Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana to look into his representation dated 22.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.
