1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of petitioners is taken on record.
2. By presenting this writ petition, inter alia, petitioners have prayed for direction upon the concerned police authorities to provide protection which would enable petitioners to construct boundary wall around land of the petitioners.
3. However, learned advocate representing respondent nos.5 to 8, 10, 13 & 14 disputes such submission and claim is laid on the land in question. It is also submitted that proceedings are pending before the civil court.
4. Learned advocate representing State respondents submits that issue involved in this writ petition is civil in nature requiring petitioners to approach appropriate
forum.
5. Having heard learned advocates representing parties, it appears that petitioners are obstructed by private respondents from raising boundary wall around land in question and there is counter allegations made on behalf of the private respondents laying claim over the said land.
6. Police authority is not appropriate authority to decide inter se rights of the parties over the land in question.
7. Hence, present writ petition is not interfered with and same stands dismissed.
8. However, this order shall not preclude petitioners to approach appropriate authority/forum in pursuit of remedy.
