Davinder Kour, the respondent No. 3 in CRM(M) No. 358/2026 present. She is the person having registered FIR No. 0001/2020 dated 03.01.2020 with the Police Station Miran Sahib. 2. Gurmeet Singh S/o Bhan Singh who is the respondent No. 3 in CRM(M) No. 357/2026, although his father’s name is mis- spelt as Mohan Singh, is present in person and is the maker of FIR No. 102/2019 dated 03.08.2019 registered by the Police Station Miran Sahib. Serial No. 234 Supplementary List 3 CRM(M) No. 352/2026 c/w CRM(M) No. 357/2026 CRM(M) No.358/2026 3. The respondent No. 3 – Taranjeet Singh in CRM(M) No. 352/2026 who is FIR maker of FIR No. 0119/2021 registered by the Police Station Miran Sahib, is now being represented by his father Gurmeet Singh S/o Bhan Singh as Taranjeet Singh is reported to be out of country. Said Gurmeet Singh is also present in person. 4. In all the three aforesaid criminal cases borne out of aforesaid three FIRs, the complaint/s and the accused person/s have reconciled their disputes and differences and, therefore, intend this Court to exercise inherent powers for quashing FIRs along with Police Reports/Challans presented thereupon by the Police Station Miran Sahib all in the criminal court of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate (Munsiff), R. S. Pura. 5. Considering the fact that this Court has already recorded the statements of good number of accused persons in support of the plea that the parties have reconciled their disputes and differences and are no more interested to carry forward the case/cause so in order to restore peace at the community level, a plea for quashment of the criminal cases is well meaning where this Court shall come forward in exercise of jurisdiction under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. CRM(M) No. 352/2026 c/w CRM(M) No. 357/2026 CRM(M) No.358/2026 6. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that FIR No. 0001/2020 along with Final Police Report No. 22/2020, FIR No. 102/2019 along with challan on File No. 703 u/s 341/147/323/506 RPC titled “State Vs Balkar Singh and others” & FIR No. 0119/2021 along with challan on File No. 99/Challan u/s 447/427/506 of IPC titled “State Vs. S. Gurmeet Singh & Ors” read with consequent Police Report/Challan/Charge sheet thereupon presented by Police Station Miran Sahib shall stand quashed. 7. The Additional Special Mobile Magistrate (Munsiff), R. S. Pura is, accordingly, directed to consign all the criminal cases related to the aforesaid FIRs to record by placement of copy of this order on each of the file. 8. Disposed of.
