1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has come up with a prayer, saying that this petition has become infructuous, because, a Final Report has been filed by the Police.
2. Considering the aforesaid supervening event, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
3. However, in the event, the investigation is revived in any contingency, whatsoever, it shall be open to the petitioner to move a fresh petition on the same cause of action, challenging the impugned First Information Report.
4. Certified copy of document(s) annexed shall be returned to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, provided that photostat copy of the same is/are retained on record.
