The petitioner has filed the present writ petition alleging inaction on the part of the respondent-authority in completing the auction sale and executing the sale deed in respect of the property purchased by the petitioner through e-auction. 2. Following reliefs have been prayed in this petition:- “A. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to initiate steps to get the sale deed in respect of the immovable property 0.336 Hectare land bearing Khasra No. 470, P.H. No. 03, Khewat No. 44, Mouja and GramPanchayat Seoni, Korba Road, Block Baloda, R.N.M. Champa, Tahsil-Champa, Distt - Janjgir Champa, registered in favour of the petitioner within a set time frame. B. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to decide the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the Email dated 03.12.2025 and 04.12.2025. C. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may be passed.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had deposited the requisite pre-bid amount of Rs.8,35,000/- and thereafter deposited the balance auction amount. Despite payment of the entire consideration, the sale deed has not been executed in favour of the petitioner, causing financial loss and hardship. It is further submitted that the petitioner has approached the authorities on several occasions 3 and has also submitted representations through emails seeking completion of the sale transaction. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent-authority has no objection to completion of the auction process and submits that the sale deed shall be executed in favour of the petitioner in terms of the auction and strictly in accordance with law, within a period of 60 days. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions made, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioner can be appropriately redressed by directing the competent respondent-authority to take a decision and complete the requisite formalities in accordance with law. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to approach the competent respondent-authority/Bank by submitting a fresh representation along with all relevant documents within a period of 10 working days from today. 7. Upon receipt of such representation, the competent respondent- authority/Bank shall consider and decide the same and, if there is no legal impediment, shall take necessary steps for execution and registration of the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in terms of the auction and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of such application. 8. It is made clear that the competent respondent-authority shall take 4 into consideration the fact that the grievance of the petitioner has remained pending for a considerable period of about five years and shall ensure that the matter is not further delayed for any avoidable reason. 9.
