(ORAL) The instant petition seeks the issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 (Station House Officer, Police Station Cyber Crime, Sonipat) to appoint some Senior Officer as the Investigating Officer in FIR No.48 dated 24.06.2024 (Annexure P-1) registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, Sonipat under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC. A prayer has also been made to issue a direction to respondent No.2 to initiate a departmental enquiry against the Investigating Officer of the said FIR. A further prayer is made to issue a direction to the investigating agency to consider and investigate all material aspects of the case including the money trail, role of other accused, disclosure statement etc. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that after conclusion of investigation, final report stands submitted on 07.10.2024, charges have been framed on 21.12.2024 and 4 PWs out of a total 7 witnesses have already been examined.
