1 CGHC010322252026 NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH AT BILASPUR WP227 No. 1082 of 2026 Vishwanath Kurmi @ Chhaganlal Verma Son Of Late Jodhiyaram Aged About 59 Years Caste Kurmi, Resident Of Village Bhaisa, Tahsil Aarang, District Raipur Chhattisgarh ... Petitioner(s) Versus Sudhakar Goldar Son Of Manmat Goldar, Resident Of Village Bhaisa, Tahsil Aarang, District Raipur Chhattisgarh ... Respondent(s) For Petitioners : Mr. C.R. Sahu, Advocate For Respondent(s) : None. HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE RAVINDRA KUMAR AGRAWAL Order on Board 21.08.2026 Heard. 1. The present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner against the impugned order dated 30.06.2026 passed by the Chhattisgarh Board of Revenue, Bilaspur, Circuit Court at Raipur, in Revision Case No. RN-14/R/A- 70/358/2026, whereby the application filed under Section 52 of the 2 C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959, seeking stay of the effect and operation of the order passed by the Commissioner, Raipur Division, dated 06.05.2026, has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, would submit that the dispute pertains to the change of Khasra numbers of the lands belonging to the parties. Since the revision is already pending before the Board of Revenue against the order passed by the Commissioner, Raipur Division, learned counsel submits that the Board of Revenue may be directed to decide the revision expeditiously, at the earliest. 3. Considering the limited submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Board of Revenue, Bilaspur, Circuit Court at Raipur, to decide the revision filed by the petitioner within a period of four months from the next date fixed before it, in accordance with law and after providing proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) JUDGE Saurabh
