Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are uncle of the petitioner no. 1 who have been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary. I have taken into account the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS. Having considered the accusations which have been made against all the three petitioners, although the accusations are different, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.
