The present writ petition has been filed seeking demolition of unauthorized construction allegedly raised by the respondent no.8. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Basirhat Municipality failed to take any action on the notice dated 25th September, 2023. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the municipality submits that representation dated 25th September, 2023 shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 5. In the view of the submissions made, let the representation dated 25th September, 2023 be decided by the Administrator, Basirhat Municipality, i.e., respondent no.7 to consider and decide the 2 representation dated 25th September, 2023 preferably within six weeks from the date of communication of this order after affording the parties an opportunity of being heard. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks. 6. In view of the submissions made hereinabove, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
