And In the matter of : Ranjan Mohon Roy. ……Petitioner. Mr. Suddhadev Adak Ms. Richa Pramanick .....for the Petitioner. Mr. Subrata Mukherjee Mr. Sanjib Das ……for the State. Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner himself and his family sustained injuries because of overt acts of the accused of the accused/complainant. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the injured sustained fracture over left hand finger, apart from other injuries which were sustained by the injured. Having considered the complicity and the nature of injury, I am not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail. As such, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in CRM (A) 1738 of 2026 is rejected. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
