1. Heard Mr. C. Jayant K. Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. Praveen Das, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the State-respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with the following prayers :-
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the Letter of Intent dated 04.10.2023 (Annexure P/5) issued to the respondent No.7. 10.2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities not to allot the private land of the petitioners for Sandi Lime Stone Block to the respondent no.7 in pursuance to the Letter of Intent dated 04.10.2023 issued through Notice Inviting Tender dated 09.12.2022. 10.3. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioners together with cost of the petition.”

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach appropriate forum for redressal of their grievances. 4.
