Mr. Debanshu Ghorai Ms. Manomita Sarkr Mr. Lalit Majee .......for the OP No.2 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that after the bail was granted to the accused opposite party on 20th of May, 2025, on or about 27.05.2025 an information was furnished to the Officer-in-Charge of Raghunathpur Women Police station, Purulia relating to misuse of the liberty granted to the accused opposite party while he was released on bail. Learned advocate for the accused opposite party opposes the contention. Be that as it may, the issue relating to misusing of liberty was never preferred before Jurisdictional Court which granted bail to the accused opposite party. Petitioner will first address such issue before the Jurisdictional Court in seisin of the case and if required, thereafter approach this Court. 2 Having regard to the aforesaid direction, at this stage, no interference is made by this Court. Accordingly, CRM (R) 70 of 2025 is disposed of. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
