The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S.(corresponding Section 438 of Cr.P.C). with a prayer to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.81 dated 06.05.2025 under Section 108 read with 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding Sections 306 read with Section 34 of IPC) registered at P.S. Rampura, District Rewari. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 15.06.2026 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 15.06.2026, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
