Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed by the applicant Abbas Irrshian Ahmed praying for interim bail. 3. The applicant Abbas Irrshian Ahmed is in judicial custody in connection with Nalbari P.S. Case No. 346/2025. His niece is getting married tomorrow i.e. on 21.01.2026. The elder brother of the petitioner is already dead and he is the only guardian of his niece. Therefore, he wants to attend the marriage of his niece. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. The prayer for interim bail is allowed. 6. It is hereby directed that the applicant Abbas Irrshian Ahmed, who has been arrested in connection with Nalbari P.S. Case No. 346/2025, shall be released on bail of ₹50,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalbari for attending the marriage of his niece. After attending the marriage, the applicant shall surrender before the authority again on 29.01.2026. 7. The IA stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
