Learned Senior Counsel representing Respondent No. 7 shall file his reply within fifteen days from today. 5. Thereafter, the Panchayat shall dispose of the Petitioner's complaint within three weeks. 6. The Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
