The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed to issue a direction to release the applicant in 7 cases on the basis of personal bond and two sureties, which are as follows: (i) Case Crime No. 114 of 2025, under Sections 305(a), 331(4), 317(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Gohan, District Jalaun. (ii) Case Crime No. 117 of 2025, under Sections 305(a), 331(4), 317(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Kuthaund, District Jalaun. (iii) Case Crime No. 116 of 2025, under Sections 305(a), 331(4), 317(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Gohan, District Jalaun. (iv) Case Crime No. 237 of 2025, under Sections 305(a), 331(4), 317(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Kotwali Jalaun, District Jalaun. (v) Case Crime No. 243 of 2025, under Sections 305(a), 317(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Kotwali Jalaun, District Jalaun. (vi) Case Crime No. 161 of 2025, under Section 3/25 of Arms Act, P.S. Kuthaund, District Jalaun. (vii) Case Crime No. 100 of 2025, under Sections 305), 317(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Gohan, District Jalaun. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in all the cases the applicant has been granted bail. Applicant is a poor person and is unable to furnish Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Sushil Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Aniruddh Alias Raja Alias Mama .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. .....Opposite Party(s) sureties in all the cases. It is further submitted that applicant has been implicated in all the cases after arresting in a case related to Section 3/25 of Arms Act on the basis of confessional statement, which is irrelevant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 18.9.2025 and his last bail application has been allowed on 16.2.2026. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the court concerned is directed to release the applicant in all the 7 cases after furnishing personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned, in the aforesaid cases.
