Roychoudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. Page No.# 2/3 2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Faruk Hussain Laskar @ Faruk Ahmed Laskar, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Silchar P.S Case No.807/2025 [corresponding to G.R. No.1373/2025] under Section 108 of BNS, 2023. 3. An FIR was lodged on 10-08-2025 making certain allegations against the accused person with regard to the married daughter of the informant, who subsequently committed suicide. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in the meantime, investigation is completed resulting in a charge-sheet vide charge-sheet no.772/2025 dated 09.10.2025 and further submits that in view of the matter, the petitioner may seek regular bail from the learned Court below. 5. I find force in the same contention. 6. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner may seek regular bail from the learned Court below within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, which shall be applied for within a period of 3 days from today and upon appearance of the petitioner and filing of such bail application, the same shall be considered on its own merits. 7. Till the expiry of the aforesaid period of 10 days, it is provided Page No.# 3/3 that the petitioner in the event of his arrest in connection with the aforesaid case shall be released on interim bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with one surety to the satisfaction of the Arresting Authority. 8.
