1. Following reliefs have been prayed in this petition:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent Authorities specifically Respondent No.2 & 4 to grant the lease in favour of the petitioner society while deciding the representation of the petitioner society. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner- Society has already submitted a representation before the competent authority seeking grant of lease in its favour and prays that the said representation may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the representation of the petitioner may be considered and decided by the competent authority in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the representation
3 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate and reasoned order, expeditiously. 6. It is made clear that the competent authority shall be at liberty to pass an appropriate order on the representation in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. 7. It is further made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 8.
