The dispute revolves around the disciplinary proceedings not being concluded within the stipulated timelines provided by the West Bengal State Administrative Tribunal by its order of August 28, 2025. 2. By this order, the learned Tribunal had stipulated a timeline of six months within which the entire process had to be concluded. 3. It appears from records that the petitioner has not attended certain meetings, which may be out of choice or circumstantial. This Court is not called upon to decide such issue at this stage. 4. On the consensus of both parties, the time to conclude the entire process is enlarged. 5. The entire disciplinary proceeding and the order to be passed therein shall be made and concluded by December 31, 2026. 6. It is understood that this enlargement of time is peremptory and no further time will be P a g e | 2 given. It is also made clear that, in the event, the petitioner fails to appear on any of the designated dates for hearing, the matter shall proceed ex parte. 7.
