Also heard Mr. Bhaskar Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Gossaigaon P.S. Case No.28/2026 under Sections 189/191/121/132/221/117(2)/324(4) of the BNS read with Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, 1984. 3. All the 5 (five) petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer pursuant to the interim bail granted by this Court on 09.03.2026, they have been co- operating with the Police Investigating Officer therefore, they do not deserve to be detained in custody. 4.
