Girijesh Singh) pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kushinagar at Padrauna alongwith 6C application. 4. Learned counsel prayed that the said application may be decided, expeditiously. 5. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kushinagar to decide the the Suit for cancellation of sale deed bearing case no. 19 of 2023 (Sumitra Vs. Girijesh Singh) pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kushinagar at Padrauna alongwith 6C application, in accordance with law, within a period of eight months as per roster provided there is no other legal impediment.
