By way of this writ petition, petitioner has called in question the order dated 02/05/2019 (Annexure P/5) passed by respondent No. 3 whereby petitioner has been removed from service. 2. A careful perusal of the record would show that petitioner’s contractual period has already come to an end. Since the order impugned (Annexure P/5) is stigmatic in nature as it was passed without affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, it is hereby quashed. However, petitioner will not be entitled to reinstatement. Though liberty is granted in favour of the petitioner to make application for future employment in accordance with law. 3.
