In Re: - An application for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with GR Case No.425/2026 arising out of Daulatabad Police Station Case No.91 of 2026 dated 07.04.2026 under Sections 109/ 115(2) /117(2) /118(2) /126(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, is pending before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Murshidabad. And

1. Memo of evidence filed in Court be taken on record.
2. Upon hearing the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and on perusal of the materials in the case diary, it appears that there are allegations of assault resulting in serious injuries upon the victims. The injury reports contained in the case diary show that the injuries are lacerated injury 2 inches on the scalp of the victims. The materials in the case diary also disclose that the investigation of the case has already ended in a charge sheet. Other accused persons were granted bail by the jurisdictional Court.
3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest, the

petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and on condition that the petitioner shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default, the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioner in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court.
5. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.
6. C.R.M. (A) 2434 of 2026 is disposed of.
