Saikia, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent. 2. This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Jitumani Das, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Bhangagarh P.S. Case No. 176/2025 under Sections 69 of the BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Bhangagarh P.S. Case No. 176/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 160/2025 dated 30.11.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court for his regular bail in said Bhangagarh P.S. Case No. 176/2025 within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from today, which may be considered in accordance with law. 5. The interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on 13.11.2025 in said Bhangagarh P.S. Case No. 176/2025 shall remain in force for the next 15 (fifteen) days. 6. In the event, the petitioner fails to appear before the learned Trial Court seeking regular bail, within the period of 15 (fifteen) days, the interim bail granted to him shall stands cancelled. 7.
