Learned Assistant Government Pleader passed on Memo No.2904532/Dy.&Vig.(2)/2025, dated 22.06.2026, wherein at paragraph 8, suspension of the Petitioner was revoked. 3. In the light of the same, the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed and the writ petition is closed granting liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the departmental proceedings initiated against him.
