1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is not pressing the relief Clause No.10.3 & 10.4 and would submit that after suspension of the petitioner, the petitioner has preferred an appeal under Section 14 read with Section 31A of the Chhattisgarh Societies Registration Act to question the suspension order dated 21/05/2026 and the said appeal has been filed on 29/05/2026 (Annexure P-9) which is still pending and he submits that the instant writ petition may be
disposed of with a direction towards the appellate authority i.e. the District Education Officer, Bilaspur to decide the said appeal within stipulated time period.
2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, would submit that if the appeal is still pending, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Bilaspur i.e. Respondent No.6 to decide the appeal of the petitioner (Annexure P-9), in accordance with law on its own merits, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. SD/- SD/- (Bibhu Datta Guru)
