Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has been removed from service by order dated 14.12.2000 by the SECL and that has been upheld by this Court in WPS No.2016/2004. Against that, a writ appeal was also filed bearing W.A.No.365/2017, which was also dismissed. 3. In view of the aforesaid, there is no ground to entertain this petition.
