The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.19 of 2026, for offence registered under section 118(1), 118(2), 109, 324(4), 351(1)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that falsely the petitioner has been implicated in this case and the allegation of firing and demand of extortion is not there against the petitioner and the only allegation is made that he was also suspected in the said crime. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that in the FIR itself it has been stated that the petitioner was also accomplice of other accused persons. 5. Considering that the allegations are there of firing and demand of extortion and the petitioner is said to be accomplice of other accused persons, and in the facts and circumstances of the instant case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, and as such prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected and hence, this petition is dismissed.
