This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Rafiqul Alom, who was arrested in connection with Hatigaon P.S. Case No. 126/2025 registered under Sections 140(3)/304(2)/64(1) of the BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 3. From the office note it is seen that the scanned copy has not yet been received and at the same time, it is also seen from the order dated 04.02.2026 that the case has already been charge sheeted. 4. In that context, Mr. Munir, learned counsel submitted that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the learned Trial Court with an appropriate application for bail. 5. Considering the submission of Mr. Munir, learned counsel the petitioner is hereby directed to approach the learned Trial Court with an appropriate application for bail, which may be considered in accordance with law. 6.
