The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “a. quash FIR No. 44/2024 dated 05.10.2024, registered at Police Station ACB/EOW, Raipur, under Sections 120-B IPC and 7(b) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Annexure P/1), insofar as the same relates to and concerns the Petitioner. b. Quash Chargesheet No. 33/2026 dated 18.05.2026 (Annexure P/2), and the consequent Cognizance Order dated 18.05.2026 passed by the Special Judge (P.C. Act) and First Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, in Corruption Case 7 of 2026 (Annexure P/3), together with all proceedings consequent thereto, insofar as the same relate to and concern the Petitioner. c. Award the costs of this petition to the Petitioner. d. Pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to law before an appropriate forum at an appropriate stage. 4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
