It is submitted that after filing of this writ petition on 16th July, 2026 two criminal prosecutions have been initiated based on FIR lodged with Sagar Police Station namely Sagar Police Station Case No. 220/26 dated 28th July, 2026 and Sagar Police Station Case No. 232/26 dated 3rd August, 2026. 2) State respondents are represented by learned advocate who has filed a communication dated 4th August, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Sagar Police Station 2 and same is taken on record. Copies of said communication are made over to learned advocates representing the petitioner and respondent nos. 4 to 6. 3) In view of steps taken by the police authorities, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 4) Hence, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of. 5) However, concerned police authority is directed to maintain peace and tranquility at the locale and keep vigil. 6) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
