1. The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.
2. Petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has cleared the NEET examination and counseling of the petitioner is scheduled on August 13,
2026. He further submits that due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the authorities are not providing the domicile certificate. He submits that against the order of deletion the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the appellate Tribunal and prayed for expeditious disposal of the appeal and he also prayed for a direction upon the authorities for issuance of the domicile certificate temporarily till the disposal of the appeal.

4. He further submits that if the petitioner succeeds in the appeal, he will inform the authority and will get the permanent domicile certificate and the appeal is dismissed, he will surrender the domicile certificate, if any, issued to the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate Tribunal is requested to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order.
6. In the meantime, the SDO, Jangipur, respondent no. 2 is
directed to issue the temporary domicile certificate to the petitioner on the undertaking by the petitioner that the petitioner will use the said domicile certificate only for getting admission in college and if appellate authority will dispose of the appeal either in favour or against the petitioner immediately within one week he will inform to the S.D.O. if the appellate authority dismissed the appeal, the petitioner will surrender the domicile certificate.
7. The S.D.O. shall issue domicile certificate only for four weeks. If the petitioner will get an admission in any college, the same shall be abide by the decision of the appellate Tribunal.
8. WPA 20343 of 2026 is disposed of.
9. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
