In the present appeal, challenge is to the interim order dated 18.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No.1976 of 2026 tilted “Surbhi Gaur vs. Chaudhary Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani and ors.”. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant very fairly submits that, during the pendency of the present appeal, the writ petition has since been finally disposed of. He further submits that, by an interim order dated 16.03.2026, the prayer made by the appellant had already been decided, which was causing prejudice to the appellant. Keeping in view the above, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of as not pressed any further with liberty to the appellant to file a comprehensive appeal after the final decision of the writ petition for the redressal of grievances. 3. Ordered accordingly. 4. It is however noticed that an interim order dated 16.03.2026 is operating in the present appeal.
