Civil Writ Petition No. 20135/2025, titled Rajendra Singh Yadav Vs. Urban Improvement Trust, Alwar & Anr., and has submitted that the authority was directed to consider and adjudicate the execution petition within a period of three months. 2. Learned counsel submits that the present matter possesses an akin factual matrix to that of Rajendra Singh Yadav (supra), and therefore, prays that the instant petition may also be disposed of in identical terms. Having heard the submissions advanced, and taking note of the fact that the controversy at hand is squarely covered by the aforementioned ratio, this Court deems it apposite to adjudicate and dispose of the present petition in light of Rajendra Singh Yadav (supra).
