The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 11 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 26(1)(g), 41, 42 of Indian Forest Act, 1927, Sections 27, 29, 31, 51 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and the allegations are made of excavation and taking of mica scrap from protected forest area. She also submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired on the ground of secret information. The name of the person, who has taken the name of this petitioner, has not been stated in the FIR. 4. Learned Special P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the name of petitioner has come on secret information. 5. Considering that name of petitioner has come only on the basis of secret information and the name of that person, who has taken the name of this petitioner, has not been disclosed in the FIR, in that view of the matter, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
