The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to take further enforcement action against the encroachment made by the respondent No.5 onto S.No.1127/1A1A1A situated in Sevugampatti Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District pursuant to the proceedings of the respondent No.4 in Na.Ka.No.137/2015/Peru3 dated 23.01.2015 within the time period stipulated by this Court. 2. Learned counsel for State would submit that the official respondents will conduct survey and if there is any encroachment in the abovesaid survey number as alleged by the petitioner, the same will be removed by due process of law within a time frame. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.15855 of 2026 3. Recording the said submission, the official respondents are directed to conduct a survey and ascertain as to whether there is any encroachment in the subject survey number. If so, such encroachment shall be removed by due process of law after affording opportunity to the 5th respondent and all other parties concerned. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
