Grivance of the petitioner in these writ petitions is with respect to issuance of show cause notice to him thereby blaming the petitioner for shortage of 3 stock of paddy. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, despite repeated efforts, he has not received any instructions from the petitioner for a considerable period of time. In the absence of necessary instructions from the petitioner, learned counsel submits that he is unable to effectively assist the Court or advance submissions on behalf of the petitioner in support of the writ petitions. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and considering that there are no instructions from the petitioner to proceed with the matter, this Court finds itself unable to adjudicate upon the grievance raised in the writ petitions.
