In course of hearing, the learned counsel for the State has placed the relevant instructions and submits that in case the petitioner meets the requirement as per the notification no. 54-F(Pen) dated, Calcutta, the 13th January, 1997, the petitioner is entitled to the said relief. 2 4. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 4 shall consider the case of the petitioner as per the said notification and process the claim of the petitioner, within 30 days from the date of communication of this order. 5.
