1. Affidavit-of-service filed be kept with the record.
2. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no. 3/the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Cooch- Behar to further communicate the requirements of the respondent no. 5 and further directing the respondent nos. 4 and 5 to release the full pension to the petitioner on and from 04.12.2023.
3. In course of hearing, the learned counsel for the State has placed the relevant instructions and submits that in case the petitioner meets the requirement as per the notification no. 54-F(Pen) dated, Calcutta, the 13th January, 1997, the petitioner is entitled to the said relief.

4. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 4 shall consider the case of the petitioner as per the said notification and process the claim of the petitioner, within 30 days from the date of communication of this order.
5. Writ application stands disposed of.
6. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.
7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
