The petitioner has filed this writ petition with following reliefs:- “i. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 10.04.2026 (P/1) passed by the office of respondent no.1 and direct the respondent no.3 to release the petitioner on leave as applied by him for a period of 14 days. ii. Any other relief, which this Hon’ble court deems, fit in the facts and circumstances may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 3. Mr. Bharat Lal Loniya, learned counsel for the petitioner, who has been appointed through the Legal Aid, submits that he was entrusted by the petitioner to file a petition seeking remission of sentence. However, due to an inadvertent error, the present writ petition seeking parole has been filed instead. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking the appropriate relief in accordance with law. 4.
