Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for more than 7 months. Charge sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court and the total recovery in the present case is 271 Gms. of Heroin from the possession of the petitioner.
Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Having considered the quantum of recovery which is of commercial quantity, I am of the opinion that petitioner be well advised to approach this Court after the evidence of the independent witnesses are over.

At this stage, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1624 of 2026 is dismissed.
