1. Heard Mr. Nishant Bhanushali, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. The present Criminal Revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer:
“ It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 06.03.2025 (ANNEXURE Α/1), passed by learned First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court Bilaspur, (C.G.) in MJC No. 531/2024, bearing parties 'Smt. Archana Tiwari vs. Gaurav Singhal', in the interest of justice. ”

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that as the proceedings under Section 125 of CrPC has already been RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI
2 decided by the Family Court, hence, the present criminal revision has become infructuous.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the present criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous.
5. Let a certified copy of this order be transmitted to the concerned trial Court for necessary compliance and follow up action, if any.
