This Writ Petition has been filed against the letter dated 10.01.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondents authorities directing the petitioners to either accept the assistance amount or structure raised by the petitioner on Khasra No.14/2, area 17 dismil situated at village and Tehsil Chuikhadan District Khairagarh Chuikhadan Gandai will be removed, as the petitioner has constructed his structure over Nazul Land which belongs to State Government. The assistance amount was provided to petitioners on the subject land as a road was about to be laid down. 2. Learned counsel for the State at the outset submits that the proposal to take the land of the petitioner for construction of road has been dropped, as such, this writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that since her land is not going to be taken away for construction of road, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition which may be disposed of being infructuous. 4.
